How long will my property be advertised?

Once your ad is approved, you can post it for up to 3 months. Unless it was rented of course (hurray!).

Is my personal data listed on the Zwandako website?

Yes, all of your provided contact details will be listed and any interested visitor will be able to contact you directly.

How do I get my ad to the top of the page?

All of our listings are subject to Zwandako’s quality level. This means that the better and more detailed your ad, the higher it will stay on the ad pages.

What information should I load?

Here are the elements of a great list  :

  • 15 unique images
  • A compelling description
  • A full list of property features including the size of your erf
  • A postal address
  • Floor plans, if you have them available

How do I load my property information?

Once registered, you will have access to a dashboard which will give you all the tools to load and manage your ad.

Is there a way to remove it from the website?

You are in full control  ! You can deactivate and reactivate your ad at any time via your Listing Dashboard.

Can I change my ad?

The dashboard allows you to edit your ad at any time. Keep in mind that the list will need to be re-edited before it goes live when you edit it.

How long will the exam take?

If your ad does not require editing, it should be uploaded within one business day of being submitted for moderation.

Are people watching it? How can I know?

We will send you weekly performance emails and you will have access to all your performance statistics in your dashboard.

How will I receive my requests?

All inquiries regarding your property will be sent to you via email, WhatsApp, call and SMS. You will also have access to a list of all requests through your dashboard.

Are all Internet browsers compatible with the Zwandako site?

The site is optimized for most popular browsers. However, we recommend that you keep your favorite browser up to date for the best performance.

Can you tell me which fields are required?

The asterisks indicate the required fields. Before you can register your real estate ad, you must complete the required fields.

How do I upload images of my property?

Once logged into https://zwandako.rizamaulana.com/my-profile , you will be able to upload your fabulous photos in the Images tab. To upload an image, just go to the media section, click the select and download button, and then browse for the images on your computer. Once you have selected the images, please click save to upload them.

How big should my images be?

The minimum recommended image size is 1440px (width) x 900px (height).
